Medigenome (Swiss Institute of Genetic Medicine www.medigenome.ch) is seeking applicants for the position of Clinical Geneticist.
The position offers an excellent opportunity to participate in an exciting team of clinical, laboratory and computational geneticists in order to serve the clinical genetics needs of a vibrant and diverse community in the French speaking part of Switzerland. It is the intention of Medigenome to employ expert genetics and genomics services as a catalyst to transform care for all patients and families. We are looking to hire a dynamic, experienced Clinical Geneticist to participate in these efforts. The candidate will work closely with Dr. Emmanuelle Ranza, Prof. Stylianos Antonarakis and the rest of the enthusiastic team in order to provide high-quality and up-to-date genetic/genomic services.
The ideal candidate will be FMH certified Medical Geneticist. The primary language of contact with the patient population and their families is French; knowledge of English is also necessary, and any additional language is certainly an advantage.

Training Opportunities as an intern in Genetic Medicine (Medical Genetics) at Medigenome (Swiss Institute of Genetic Medicine) in Geneva Switzerland
Medigenome (Swiss Institute of Genetic Medicine www.medigenome.ch) is seeking applicants for the position of intern as part of the training to become a specialist in Genetic Medicine (Medical Genetics).
The position offers an excellent opportunity to participate in an exciting team of clinical, laboratory and computational geneticists in order to serve the clinical genetics needs of a vibrant and diverse community in the French speaking part of Switzerland. It is the intention of Medigenome to employ expert genetics and genomics services as a catalyst to transform care for all patients and families. We are looking to hire a dynamic, and motivated candidate to participate in these efforts. The candidate will be trained by Dr. Emmanuelle Ranza, Prof. Stylianos Antonarakis and the rest of the enthusiastic team in order to acquire experience in many aspects of genetic medicine, and to provide high-quality and up-to-date genetic/genomic services.
The ideal candidate will acquire one-year experience in modern clinical genetics. The specialty of Medical Genetics in Switzerland requires 5 years of postdoctoral training (https://www.siwf.ch/files/pdf17/medizinische_genetik_version_internet_f.pdf).
